Wine: This singular wine originated in the careful vinification of grapes Touriga Fêmea, is the clearest sign of this interest and commitment to innovation and research, the winery wants to produce new wines and rehabilitation of grape varieties almost abandoned. This variety is
characterized by a very low production, high concentrations of phenolic and aromatic. Prepared according to strictest wine making practices
resulting in a powerful but soft wine. Small stage in used barrels excels their varietal character and gives you just a subtle touch of complexity.

Tasting Notes: It shows an intense ruby colour; it is a perfect call to the senses in the nose, very noble, well integrated aromas, plenty of ripe black fruit, slightly jammy. Full-bodied in a combination of round tannins and powerful aromas. A long, persistent finish completes the pleasure of tasting this curious and surprising wine. It can be drunk now, but if one is patient will benefit from the evolution of the wine in the bottle
Harmonization gastronomic recommended: It goes very well with white meat dishes, or grilled fish.
