Aroma: Floral and ripe fruit with some notes of melon.
Flavor: Very mineral wine and fresh with balanced and persistent flavor with citrus notes.
Winemaking: The grapes come from vineyards with about 12 years, were vinified in open spout system. The fermentation lasted for about 1 month with temperatures between 12º to 15º C.
Varieties: Rabigato, Viosinho and Malvasia Fina
Stage: The wine is aged for about 7 months in stainless steel vats.
